Service areas for your boat, trailer, RV or vehicle.

Our core areas are Waterford, East Lyme and Niantic, New London, and Groton, Noank and Mystic, with a particular focus on marine detailing. We travel to the agreed service location; the address, access and selected work shape the plan.

Find the guide for your boat’s location

Waterford

Tell us the facility or property address and how the boat can be reached. For ongoing care, begin with an agreed exterior scope; future visits still need approval.

East Lyme & Niantic

Use the boat’s berth or storage address, even if your home is elsewhere. Show whether it is afloat, ashore or on a trailer, along with the space around it.

New London

Include the dock or slip, gate instructions and the equipment route from parking. A waterfront address alone does not establish permission to work.

Groton, Noank & Mystic

Share the precise facility and any yard or launch window. For a Mystic address, identify Groton or Stonington if known so the service location and travel estimate can be checked.

Send the location details that make a visit possible

  1. The actual service address. Add the marina or yard name, slip or storage position, and whether the boat will move before the requested date.
  2. Permission and access. Confirm that outside detailing is allowed. Include gate, parking and unloading arrangements. Public waterfront access does not by itself permit commercial work.
  3. Water, power and working room. A running garden-hose connection and standard electrical outlet must be within 50 feet. Suitable onboard connections can be discussed. Hull work afloat depends on safe equipment reach.
  4. The selected work and condition. Send the unit’s year, make, model and known length, with overall and close-up photos. Unknown details can be reviewed rather than guessed.

For boats, choose decks, hull, stainless and exterior cockpit areas separately. The marine preparation guide explains what to photograph.

How location and timing are reviewed

The service address is used to review travel, access and the time needed for the selected work. Being in a listed town does not guarantee that every dock, mooring or property can accommodate detailing. If your location is uncertain, text (860) 912-9013 with the address and a description of the access.

A submitted date request sends your preferred timing for review without reserving a time block. It becomes a confirmed appointment only after acceptance. A quote alone does not reserve time, and no payment is collected with a request. Read our service windows and rescheduling policies.

Requests along the wider shoreline

We also review marine requests from Madison through Stonington. These guides explain local planning considerations; send the exact address so travel and access can be assessed with the scope.

Other mobile detailing at a suitable location

For a barn, campground or driveway, the same practical questions apply: permission, working room, water and power. Explore horse and enclosed trailer care, RV exterior detailing, or auto detailing and paint care before sending your location and selected service.

Local experience

A real scope, planned for the boat in front of us.

The 41-foot Silverton project in Noank shows exterior maintenance care with above-rail washing, deck cleaning and SiO₂ protection. Your boat’s condition and access may call for a different plan.
