Exterior wash & SiO₂ protection
Exterior care addresses the bodywork, wheels, tires, and glass in the selected scope, with the chosen protective finish. It is a good starting point for a dirty vehicle whose paint is otherwise healthy.
Combined interior & exterior care
A combined interior and exterior service brings both sides of the vehicle into the request. You can still flag the areas that deserve extra attention.
Paint preparation and correction
Paint that feels rough after washing may have contamination attached to the surface. Preparation or decontamination addresses that buildup before protection is applied. Paint that shows swirls or fine scratches in the light is a different issue: polishing or correction may be more appropriate.
One-step paint correction
A polishing stage that aims to improve lighter swirls, haze, and gloss. The result depends on the paint and its condition.
Two-step paint correction
A stronger cutting stage followed by a finer polish. It can address more visible defects on suitable paint, but not every scratch can be removed safely.
Professional ceramic coating
A protective coating applied to properly prepared paint. It helps with ongoing care; it is not scratch-proof armor and does not eliminate washing. Preparation is part of achieving a good result.
Paint correction and professional ceramic coatings require a reviewed quote. Send paint-condition photos for scope review; choosing a preferred date does not automatically book these services. Exterior spray SiO₂ protection remains a separate maintenance option.
We’ll help identify the vehicle size
Enter the year, make, and model first. The request can use that information to suggest the vehicle category, asking about trim, body style, or seating only when necessary. If the vehicle is not listed, enter it manually for us to review.
A model name alone is not always enough: seating layouts and body styles can differ. The estimate stays subject to review so an uncertain lookup does not silently become an agreed price.
A few plain answers to detailing terms
What does SiO₂ mean?
SiO₂ is silicon dioxide, an ingredient associated with some protective products. A spray sealant that contains it is different from a professional coating system. Your selected service specifies which protection is included.
Will stains and scratches disappear?
Some marks improve significantly; others are permanent damage or lie too deep for safe removal. Text clear interior and exterior photos so we can discuss expectations. Detailing cannot promise a brand-new surface in every case.
Does “full detail” mean every possible treatment?
No. It means the interior and exterior work identified in your chosen service. Paint preparation, correction, coatings, and unusual conditions can change the scope. Your estimate and final review show what you selected.
How your estimate works
The estimate uses your vehicle class, chosen package, condition and applicable travel. Maintenance cleaning, paint preparation and correction are different services. Paint correction and professional ceramic coatings require an individual quote review; spray SiO₂ protection is not a professional ceramic coating.
No deposit or payment is collected with your request. An estimate is subject to review; your appointment is confirmed only after we accept the request.
A little preparation goes a long way
Have the vehicle’s year, make, model, service address, and what you want to improve.
Text photos to us at (860) 912-9013 with your name and request reference, if you have already submitted a request. Send overall exterior views and clear photos of any paint swirls, scratches or staining you want assessed. For interior work, include the seats, carpets and specific problem areas. Avoid including personal documents or belongings in the photos. Photos are sent by text, not uploaded here.
We need running water through a garden-hose connection and a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet. Suitable onboard water and power can work when agreed in advance. We review access, condition, the estimate, and the schedule before confirming.
Questions before you start
How do I request an appointment?
Choose your vehicle type on the homepage, select services and a preferred date, and enter your contact details. Every request still goes to us for approval.
What should I remove from the vehicle?
Remove personal belongings and anything you do not want moved before the appointment. Tell us about fragile items or areas requiring special care.
What if I need to cancel?
There is currently no cancellation fee. Please give at least five days’ notice when possible so another customer can use the time. Rescheduling depends on available dates.
