Mobile marine detailing · Noank, CT
Blain Co. provides mobile marine detailing in Noank, with an approved local example: exterior care on a 41-foot Silverton preparing for time on the water.
Noank sits beside the approach to the Mystic River estuary. If your boat is in a yard before launch, tell Jason when it will be accessible on land and whether any other work affects the detailing area. If it is afloat, send the berth details and access arrangements.
The 41-foot Silverton project demonstrates an agreed exterior scope, with above-rail washing, deck cleaning, and SiO₂ wax protection. It is a useful reference for discussing priorities, not a promise that every boat needs the same treatment or time. Your hull, materials, condition, and selected areas still need their own review.

One-step polishing aims to improve mild haze; two-step correction addresses heavier dullness on suitable surfaces. Text photos so Jason can assess the condition before confirming.
Stainless polishing and exterior cockpit, helm, vinyl, clear-vinyl, and glass care are separate selections. Cabins and other living-space interiors are outside the marine scope.
Provide the boat’s year, make, model, and length if known; the exact service address; and whether the boat is afloat or out of the water. If the length is uncertain, say so rather than guessing. Estimates follow the selected services and confirmed billable measurements.
Text an overall exterior photo and closer photos of the areas you want improved to (860) 912-9013. Include your name and request reference. Water through a garden-hose connection and a standard electrical outlet need to be within 50 feet. Suitable onboard hookups can be discussed; facility permission and safe access must be confirmed.
All dates are requests for Jason’s approval, with no deposit or online payment. Service windows are Wednesday until 3 p.m., and Thursday and Friday until 7 p.m., in Connecticut time. Multiday projects start Wednesday or Thursday.
Yes, you can request different treatments for the hull and above-rail areas. Jason reviews whether the hull is safely reachable or needs to be out of the water, and whether the work fits the boat’s yard or launch schedule.
Start with the result you want: a clean boat, more shine, or help with a chalky finish. You can read the marine education guide or text Jason. The estimate is subject to review, so an uncertain choice does not automatically commit you to that work.
